Sedan or SUV?
Choosing the right fare.
Every city we serve has two fixed fares. The Sedan fare covers up to four passengers with four large bags; the SUV fare covers up to seven passengers with six. The planner picks the right one from your passenger and bag counts — here is how to think about it before you get there.
The Sedan fare: up to four people, four large bags
The lower price on every row. Couples, solo business travellers and small families travelling light. On the Downtown Toronto run that is $65; Mississauga is $55; Brampton $75. A large bag means a full-size checked suitcase; carry-ons and backpacks ride on laps and at feet and are not counted.
The SUV fare: up to seven people, six large bags
A full-size or luxury SUV — Chevrolet Suburban, Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator or Ford Expedition — with three rows and real cargo space behind them. Families with the ski bags, groups sharing one car, or anyone who simply wants the room. Downtown is $85, Mississauga $75, Brampton $95: typically ten to twenty dollars over the Sedan fare for the whole car.
When four people should still book the SUV
Four passengers with five or six checked bags, golf bags, skis, a stroller and a car seat, or a hockey bag — anything oversized pushes a small party onto the SUV fare, and the planner tells you so as soon as you enter the bag count. If you are unsure, add the extra item in the notes box and we confirm the car when we call.
Child seats
Tick the child-seat box when you book and tell us the child’s age when we call to confirm. There is no charge for the seat; it simply takes one of the passenger places.
More than seven people
We send two cars and confirm the combined fare when we call. Several arrivals on the same day — a wedding party, a team — are easiest to arrange by email at [email protected] with the flight numbers.
Which car will actually turn up?
The fare is by class, and AirGate confirms the exact car from its own fleet with your driver’s name and the plate before the day. Every car is detailed before every pickup.

What counts as a large bag?
A full-size checked suitcase. Carry-ons, backpacks and handbags are not counted against the limit.
Can four people book the SUV fare?
Yes — any party of seven or fewer can choose the SUV fare, and the planner switches to it automatically when the bag count needs the room.
Is there a charge for a child seat?
No. Tick the box when you book and tell us the child’s age when we call; the seat takes one passenger place.
We are nine people. Can you take us?
Yes, in two cars. Book with the full passenger count and we confirm the combined fare when we call, or email [email protected] for several arrivals on one day.
