Met inside arrivals,
with your name on the board.
For $25 on top of any pickup, your driver waits inside the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 with a name board, takes the luggage from there and walks you out to the car. It is the option people choose for their parents, for guests who have never landed at Pearson, and for clients they are hosting.
How it works
Add meet-and-greet when you book. Your driver tracks the flight and is inside the arrivals hall as passengers come through, holding a board with the name you gave us. They take the bags, walk you to the car and the trip continues as normal. Sixty minutes of waiting from landing is included, as on every pickup.
Who it is for
Parents and grandparents arriving alone. Children travelling as unaccompanied minors being collected by a driver you have named. First-time visitors to Toronto. Clients and candidates your company is hosting. Anyone landing after a long overnight flight who would rather be found than search.
What it costs
$25 on any fixed-fare pickup, in either car class. A meet-and-greet pickup to Downtown Toronto in a Sedan totals $107.25 including Pearson’s $17.25 pickup fee; to Mississauga $97.25; to Brampton $117.25.
Tell us who to look for
Put the traveller’s name as you want it on the board, and their mobile number so the driver can reach them if the flight is early. If you are booking for someone else, add your own number in the notes and we keep you informed of the landing.
