When a private car is the right call

Two or more travellers. Checked luggage. A flight that lands after the trains stop or leaves before they start. Anywhere outside the downtown core — Durham, York, Halton, Hamilton, Niagara, cottage country. Visitors who want someone waiting. Business travellers who need a receipt and a predictable time.

When it is not

One person, one carry-on, going to a downtown hotel near Union Station in the middle of the day: take the train. We would rather you book us when we are the better choice.
