AirGate matches the car to your passenger and luggage count. Vehicles are subject to availability at the time of booking; when a specific model is not available, a comparable vehicle in the same class is provided and you are told before the day. Fixed area fares cover up to four passengers and four large bags; larger parties are confirmed, with the fare, by email.

Passengers and seating

Up to seven passengers across the fleet. Give us your count when you book — including children — and AirGate matches the car.

Suitcases and larger items

Up to six large suitcases. Mention extra carry-ons, skis, golf bags, strollers or bike boxes when you book so we can confirm that everything fits.

Child seats

Available on request. Ask when you book and tell us the child's age so the appropriate seat can be confirmed.

Larger groups

More than seven, or several arrivals on one day? Email [email protected] and we will arrange more than one car.
