What's included
One car from our fleet and one driver for your whole trip, and up to 60 minutes of waiting from your actual landing. Your driver meets you at the kerb with the car.
What's separate
Meet-and-greet inside the terminal, with a name board at the arrivals door, is $25. Gratuity is entirely at your discretion. Tolls you ask your driver to take are additional. No HST is added to your fare. Arrivals also carry Toronto Pearson’s own $17.25 pre-arranged pickup fee, which we collect and pay straight to the airport. Departures do not. Beyond that, waiting is $1 per minute, paid to your driver with the fare.
Payment
Pay your driver at the end of the trip, by cash or Interac e-Transfer. No card is taken on this website.

Toronto Pearson charges every pre-arranged car $17.25 to collect a passenger from the terminal. It is the airport’s fee, set by the airport, and it is added to the base fare for terminal pickups. Optional meet-and-greet, requested tolls and waiting beyond the included allowance may cost extra. We confirm the complete fare and applicable extras before accepting your booking.

Arrivals only
Being dropped at the terminal is not a pre-arranged pickup, so a departure carries no fee at all. Your fare is the whole price.
We pass it on, not up
We collect it with your fare and pay it to the airport. We add nothing to it, and there is still no booking fee and no surge.

Are AirGate’s Pearson limo rates fixed?
Yes. Every fare in the list is a flat rate for the city or neighbourhood — a Mid-size Standard SUV fare and a Full-size SUV fare — agreed before you book and the same in either direction. There is no surge, no booking fee and the fare does not change if your flight is late.
What is the difference between the Mid-size Standard SUV and Full-size SUV fares?
The Mid-size Standard SUV fare covers up to four passengers. The Full-size SUV fare covers up to seven passengers in a full-size SUV — a Chevrolet Suburban, Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator or Ford Expedition. Tell us your passengers and luggage when you book and AirGate confirms the car.
