Every area carries a fixed fare, published openly on our rates page. Toronto Pearson's own pickup fee for arrivals is shown separately, at cost, with a link to the airport's published table. Nothing is added quietly.

AirGate is a Toronto Pearson car service built around one idea: that the journey to and from the airport should be the least stressful part of travelling. One vehicle, one operator, one fixed price agreed before you book.
WHY WE EXIST
Airport travel should be settled
long before you land.
Most airport journeys go wrong in the same few ways. The fare changes at the kerb. The car is smaller than expected. Nobody is there when the flight lands early, or the meter runs while it lands late. Each of these is a small failure of preparation, and together they turn the simplest leg of a trip into the one people dread.
AirGate was built to remove that uncertainty. Your fare is fixed for your area and agreed before you book, so the number you are quoted is the number you pay. Your flight is tracked, so an early arrival or a two-hour delay changes the pickup time rather than the price. Your driver's name, the vehicle and the plate reach you before the day.
We operate a Toyota Highlander Hybrid across the Greater Toronto Area and the surrounding region, serving Toronto Pearson in both directions — the terminals, the airport hotels and anywhere else on airport property. Bookings and pickups run at any hour, including overnight flights.

A car that is ready
The Highlander is detailed before every pickup. The third row folds down for luggage or comes up for a party of five or six, and we confirm which you need when we confirm the trip.
Time that follows your flight
We track your inbound flight and move the pickup with it. An hour of waiting from your actual landing is included, so a slow bag carousel is not your problem.
A named driver
You are told who is meeting you and what they are driving before the day, not when you land. If plans change, one phone call reaches the person who is actually driving.

Twenty fixed-fare areas reach from Etobicoke and Mississauga through Toronto, York and Durham, and out to Hamilton, Waterloo, Niagara, London and Muskoka. Addresses beyond them are quoted individually.
