Booking
terms.

The
price.

AirGate sets the area fare shown before you book. It does not increase for flight delays, traffic or a later landing. Requested tolls are additional. Gratuity is at your discretion. No HST is added to your fare — the price you see is the price you pay.

Your
payment.

Pay your driver at the end of the trip, by cash or Interac e-Transfer. No card is taken in the app.

Included
waiting.

Up to 60 minutes of waiting from your actual landing is included.

Beyond that, waiting is $1 per minute, paid to your driver with the fare.

Changing
your plans.

Cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your pickup, in the app, so your driver is told straight away.

If you are
running late.

Your driver waits at the pickup point for up to 10 minutes past your pickup time — or past the end of your included waiting, for airport pickups. If your plans change or you are delayed, message your driver in the app and the car waits for you.

Child seats
and luggage.

Tell us when you book. AirGate matches the car from its fleet to your passenger and luggage count. Fixed area fares cover up to four passengers and four large suitcases; larger parties and more luggage are confirmed, with the fare, by email before you travel. Child seats, extra carry-ons and oversized luggage must be confirmed in advance. If the car cannot safely take what you plan to bring, we will tell you before travel.

Your
driver.

AirGate operates its own vehicle and assigns your driver. If we cannot cover a confirmed booking, we will tell you as early as possible and help you arrange an alternative.

Booking happens in the AirGate iPhone app. The website planner only prepares your trip details; it does not reserve the car.
