Booking
terms.

The
price.

AirGate sets the area fare shown before you book. It does not increase for flight delays, traffic or a later landing. Requested tolls are additional. Gratuity is at your discretion. No HST is added to your fare. Arrivals also carry Toronto Pearson’s own $17.25 pre-arranged pickup fee, which we collect and pay straight to the airport. Departures do not.

Your
payment.

Pay your driver at the end of the trip, by cash or Interac e-Transfer. No card is taken on this website.

Included
waiting.

Up to 60 minutes of waiting from your actual landing is included.

Beyond that, waiting is $1 per minute, paid to your driver with the fare.

Changing
your plans.

Cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your pickup, by contacting AirGate.

If you are
running late.

Your driver waits at the pickup point for up to 10 minutes past your pickup time — or past the end of your included waiting, for airport pickups. If your plans change or you are delayed, contact AirGate to confirm the revised pickup and any extra waiting.

Child seats
and luggage.

Tell us when you book. AirGate confirms the available car against your passenger count. Published Mid-size Standard SUV fares cover up to four passengers; Full-size SUV fares cover up to seven passengers. Vehicle suitability and any larger-party arrangements must be confirmed before travel. Child seats, extra carry-ons and oversized luggage must be confirmed in advance. If the car cannot safely take what you plan to bring, we will tell you before travel.

Your
driver.

AirGate confirms the available vehicle and assigned driver before a trip is accepted. If we cannot cover a confirmed booking, we will tell you as early as possible and help you arrange an alternative.

Your booking
confirmation.

The website planner and contact form send a request to AirGate. A request reference or acknowledgement is not a reservation. AirGate must confirm trip availability, the vehicle, pickup arrangements and the final fare before a booking is accepted.
