Airport pickup is different: add $17.25 for a Pearson terminal collection. Requested meet-and-greet is $25. Give us the time your airline wants you at the airport, as well as the departure time. We confirm the pickup around the journey, expected conditions and agreed stops. For a rural accommodation, include the civic address and driveway entrance. For a hotel or campus, include the building and meeting point.

Do you offer long-distance airport transfers at night?
AirGate accepts requests 24/7 for pre-booked transfers, including early departures and late arrivals. Vehicle and driver availability must be confirmed before the booking is accepted.
Is the fare per vehicle or per person?
The published fare is per vehicle, one way, for the agreed trip. Choose a Mid-size Standard SUV for up to four passengers or a Full-size SUV for five to seven, depending on the assigned vehicle.
Can I book a shared airport shuttle seat?
No. AirGate arranges private SUV transfers for your own travelling party. If you need a scheduled shared shuttle, bus or train, compare those services separately.
Can I request a pickup outside these towns?
Yes. Check the complete city directory or send the exact address. AirGate serves Canadian cities within 400 km of Toronto, subject to confirmed availability and an agreed fare.
