Assigned by hand, confirmed to you
Every AirGate trip is assigned to a driver we know. Before the day you receive their name, the car and the plate; they confirm the pickup with you directly, track your flight, and text you the meeting point at the terminal. Nothing is left to an algorithm at the kerb.
The standard
Detailed car, quiet cabin, help with every bag, water on board, a name board inside arrivals if you add meet-and-greet ($25). The same driver for both legs when you book a round trip and it can be arranged.
Fixed fares, not hourly guesses
Chauffeured airport transfers are priced per city like everything else we do — Downtown Toronto from $65, Oakville from $65, Markham from $85 — with the SUV tier for the full car. Every fare, fixed in either direction.
Special requests
A stop on the way, a particular car, a child seat, a passenger who needs extra time or a hand with a walker — write it in the notes when you book and we arrange it when we call to confirm.

Will I know who my driver is?

No — by city, fixed in either direction. Stops and extras are agreed in advance when we confirm.
