Include Terminal 1 and your flight number in your trip details. Once you arrive, check the agreed meeting instructions and let your chauffeur know when you are ready.

The time you need
Use local Toronto time. Your driver times the pickup to your actual landing. Up to 60 minutes of waiting from your actual landing is included. For departures, allow the check-in time your airline requires.

Pearson runs around the clock, and AirGate offers pre-booked pickups 24/7. Your driver times the arrival to when the flight actually lands, and you get sixty minutes of waiting included while you clear customs and collect the bags.
