Include Terminal 3 and your flight number so the meeting can be arranged around your arrival. Keep your driver's details handy as you make your way through the terminal.

Share the flight number and confirm the terminal. Tell your driver promptly if your travel plans change.
The time you need
Use local Toronto time. Your driver times the pickup to your actual landing. Up to 60 minutes of waiting from your actual landing is included. For departures, allow the check-in time your airline requires.
Everyone and everything coming along
Include your passenger count, large bags, child-seat requests and any other needs. AirGate confirms equipment and space before you book.
