UPDATED 15 OCTOBER 2026 · AIRGATE AIRPORT TRANSFERS
1. Choose a private car or a shared service.
A private transfer reserves a vehicle for your travelling party and an agreed pickup address. A shared shuttle may sell seats and use set pickup points or a timetable. Bus and rail journeys may need another connection at either end. Compare the whole journey, including the transfer to a station, waiting time and your arrival at the correct terminal.
AirGate provides pre-booked private SUVs, not seats on a scheduled shared shuttle. The published fare is per vehicle and one way. This matters when comparing the total for several passengers with a per-person price elsewhere.
2. Work back from your airline’s arrival guidance.
Start with when your airline wants you at Pearson, then allow for the road journey and an appropriate traffic and weather margin. A map’s driving estimate does not include checking in, security or reaching your gate. Early flights can require a pickup on the previous calendar day; check both dates before confirming.
Give AirGate the flight departure time, your preferred pickup time and the airline’s recommended airport arrival time. We confirm the pickup plan with you. No road travel estimate is an arrival guarantee.
3. Use the exact pickup address.
For a home, send the street address and an accessible entrance. For a hotel or university, include the building name and meeting point. A rural accommodation needs its civic address and driveway instructions. List any extra passenger pickups in travel order so the complete route can be quoted.
Adjacent towns can have different fares. For example, Picton has a separate entry from the wider Prince Edward County area, and Lindsay is distinct from other Kawartha Lakes communities.
4. Compare the complete fare in each direction.
Check the vehicle, passenger capacity, airport collection fee and any requested extras. AirGate’s Mid-size Standard SUV accommodates up to four passengers. Full-size SUVs accommodate five to seven, depending on the assigned vehicle. Tell us about child-seat needs or special requirements before accepting the quote.
Airport pickup is different: add $17.25 for a Pearson terminal collection. Requested meet-and-greet is $25. Extra stops, requested toll routes and waiting beyond the included allowance may cost extra. Your exact address, vehicle, availability and complete fare are confirmed before booking. See booking terms.
Waiting at Pearson is included for up to 60 minutes from actual landing. Beyond that, the published waiting rate is $1 per minute. Read the booking terms and confirm any itinerary changes directly with AirGate.
5. Arrange the return flight separately.
The return from Pearson is a second journey with its own date, flight number, drop-off address and availability check. Enter the Toronto landing date and time, especially after an overnight flight. An outbound booking does not automatically reserve a car home.
Use the meeting instructions provided with your confirmation. Pearson’s official taxi and limo information explains the airport’s transportation options. Our Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 guide helps you prepare for the airport collection.
6. Check what “confirmed” means.
A quote request is not a reserved car. AirGate checks availability, the vehicle, pickup arrangements and complete fare with you before accepting a booking. Keep the confirmation and driver contact details handy. Contact AirGate if your flight, address, passenger count or stops change.
No account or app is needed to request a trip on this website, and the request form takes no payment.
