How a drop-off works
Tell us your address, your flight and how many are travelling. We call to confirm, then suggest a pickup time that allows for the drive at that hour plus a comfortable margin at the terminal. On the day your driver arrives a few minutes early, loads the bags and drops you at the departures level of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, at the doors nearest your airline’s check-in.
What a drop-off costs
Departures carry no airport fee — you pay only your city’s fixed fare. Downtown Toronto to Pearson is $65 in a Sedan or $85 in an SUV; North York $55 / $75; Markham $85 / $105. Fixed before you book, no HST added, no booking fee.

Early-morning flights
A 6 a.m. departure means a 3:30 a.m. pickup for many of our customers. We run around the clock, your driver is confirmed the day before, and they text you when they set off. Nobody is scrolling for a ride at 3 a.m. See 24-hour service.
Round trips
Book the drop-off and the pickup together and both fares are fixed at the time of booking. Cancel or change either leg free up to two hours before, in the app.

Is there an airport fee on the way to Pearson?
No. The airport fee applies only to pickups at the terminal. A drop-off is your city’s fixed fare, nothing more.

Which terminal will you drop us at?
The one your airline uses; your flight number tells us. We drop you at the departures level near your airline’s check-in.

Yes. Both legs are fixed at the time of booking, and each can be changed or cancelled free up to two hours before.
