You should never have to wonder whether your car is coming. Here is exactly what happens between booking and your front door.

Choose to or from Pearson, set your address, your date and time, and your flight number if you have one. Tell us how many people are coming. The fixed price for your area appears before you confirm. It does not increase if your flight is late.
After you submit a trip request, we confirm availability, the fare and pickup arrangements with you. We provide your assigned driver’s details before pickup. A request reference alone does not confirm a booking.
Your driver uses the flight number to plan the pickup around your arrival. For a pickup update or help finding the car, call (942) 380-6024.
Your driver confirms where to meet and waits with the car. If you added meet-and-greet, look for your name board inside arrivals. At the end of the trip you pay your driver directly, by cash or Interac e-Transfer. There is no booking fee and no surge.
Up to 60 minutes of waiting from your actual landing is included.
No HST is added to your fare. Arrivals also carry Toronto Pearson’s own $17.25 pre-arranged pickup fee, which we collect and pay straight to the airport. Departures do not.
