Business travel needs the number before the trip and the car at the door on time. Every AirGate fare is fixed per city, every driver is confirmed by name, and a visiting client can be met inside arrivals with a name board.
Predictable costs
Because the fare is fixed per city, you can quote it in the travel request before anyone flies: Downtown Toronto $65 Sedan / $85 SUV, Mississauga $55 / $75, Markham $85 / $105. No HST is added, there is no booking fee, and the only variable — Pearson’s $17.25 pickup fee on arrivals — is published too.
Meeting clients and candidates
Add meet-and-greet ($25) and your guest is met inside arrivals with a name board, luggage handled, straight to the hotel or the office. Put your own contact in the notes so we can keep you informed of the landing.
Teams and recurring travel
For a team flying out together, book one SUV for up to seven or two cars for more. For recurring travel, email [email protected] with the pattern — weekly Monday departures, a monthly visitor — and we set it up once and confirm each trip.
Receipts and payment
Your driver is paid at the end of each trip by cash or Interac e-Transfer, and provides a receipt on request for every ride. Ask when booking if your company needs a particular format.
