How a Pearson pickup works
Book with your flight number and address in the AirGate app or on this website. We call to confirm every detail, then send you your driver’s name, the car and the plate. On the day your driver follows the flight, texts you the meeting point at the arrivals level of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, loads the bags and takes you home, to your hotel or to the office. Up to 60 minutes of waiting from your actual landing is included.
What an airport pickup costs
Your city’s fixed fare plus Toronto Pearson’s own $17.25 pre-arranged pickup fee, which every operator pays and we pass straight to the airport. So a Sedan pickup to Downtown Toronto totals $82.25; to Mississauga $72.25; to Brampton $92.25. No HST is added and there is no booking fee. Pay your driver at the end, by cash or Interac e-Transfer.

Meet inside, or at the kerb
Standard pickups meet at the kerb outside arrivals, at the door your driver texts you. Add meet-and-greet ($25) and your driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board — the choice most people make for parents, first-time visitors and clients.

Do you track my flight?
Yes. Give us the flight number and your driver is dispatched to the actual landing time, not the scheduled one.
Where do I meet the driver?
At the arrivals level of your terminal, at the door your driver texts you — or inside the hall with a name board if you add meet-and-greet ($25).
Is there an airport fee?
Toronto Pearson charges $17.25 for every pre-arranged pickup at the terminal; it is added to your fare and paid to the airport. Drop-offs carry no fee.
How long will you wait?
Up to 60 minutes from your actual landing is included. Beyond that, $1 a minute, paid with the fare.
