Which terminal is yours?

Your airline decides. Broadly, Air Canada and its Star Alliance partners use Terminal 1; WestJet and most other carriers use Terminal 3. Your booking confirmation or boarding pass says which. You do not need to tell us — we track the flight number, and the driver goes to the terminal it actually arrives at, even if it changes on the day.

From landing to the kerb

Once you land, your driver already knows: they follow the flight and set off to be at the terminal as you clear customs. You will have a text with their name, the car, the plate and the exact place to meet — a door number on the arrivals level, with the car at the kerb. Up to 60 minutes of waiting from your actual landing time is included, so there is no need to rush the carousel.

Meet-and-greet, if you would rather be met inside

Add meet-and-greet ($25) and your driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board, takes the luggage from there and walks you out to the car. It is the option most people choose for parents, first-time visitors and clients you are hosting.

Luggage and car seats

Four large bags fit on the Sedan fare, six on the SUV fare, and the driver loads them. If you need a child seat, tick the box when you book and tell us the child’s age when we call to confirm — we bring the right one.

Late flights, early flights, missed connections

Delays are covered by the flight tracking. If your inbound connection is missed and you are put on a later flight, message or call us with the new flight number and we re-plan the pickup. Cancellations are free up to two hours before the pickup time, in the app.

Departures: which door do we drop you at?

For a trip to the airport we drop you at the departures level of your terminal, at the doors nearest your airline’s check-in. Tell us your flight and we plan the pickup time around it, allowing for the drive from your address at that hour.
