How much does an airport limo
from Pearson cost?
The short answer: it depends on where you are going, not on traffic, time of day or how long the bags take. AirGate quotes one fixed fare per city — a Sedan price for up to four passengers and an SUV price for up to seven — and that is the number you pay, in either direction.
Fixed fares by city
Every one of the 129 cities and neighbourhoods we serve has two published prices, set before you book. A few of the most common runs:

Our fares are set at $5 under the published rate of the largest flat-rate operator at Pearson for the same place, and they are identical whether you are landing or flying out.
The $17.25 airport pickup fee
Toronto Pearson charges every pre-arranged car $17.25 to pick up at the terminal (HST included in that figure). It applies to arrivals only: when we collect you at Pearson, the fee is added to your fare and we pay it straight to the airport. When we take you to the airport there is no fee. So a $65 Sedan run downtown is $82.25 when you land and $65 when you fly out. Every fare on this site shows both numbers.
What the fare includes
Flight tracking, so a late landing does not cost you anything. Up to 60 minutes of waiting from your actual landing time, which covers customs and a slow carousel on most flights. Help with the bags at the kerb. A driver confirmed to you by name — with the car and the plate — before the day. And a fixed price that does not move when the 401 does.
What is extra
Meet-and-greet inside arrivals with a name board is an optional $25. Waiting beyond the included hour is $1 a minute, paid to your driver with the fare. Highway tolls (the 407 ETR) are only charged if you ask for that route. Gratuity is at your discretion. No HST is added to the fare itself, and there is no booking fee, no surge and no card surcharge — you pay your driver at the end of the trip by cash or Interac e-Transfer.
Why a fixed fare beats a meter for airport runs
An airport trip has two things a meter punishes: highway distance and unpredictable time. Traffic on the 401, a gate change, a long taxi to the stand — on a meter, all of that is your cost. On a fixed fare it is ours. You know the number before you leave home, the person picking you up knows it too, and there is nothing to negotiate at the kerb at midnight.
How to check your own fare
Type your city into the fare finder or open the planner and enter your address — it shows the Sedan and SUV price instantly and, for a pickup, the total with the airport fee. If your town is not in the list, we still take the trip: anywhere within about 300 km of Pearson, quoted before you book.

Is the price the same to and from the airport?
The fare is. Pickups at Pearson add the airport’s $17.25 pre-arranged pickup fee, which we collect and pay to the airport; departures do not carry it.
Is HST added?
No. The fare you see is the fare you pay, and there is no booking fee.
Do I pay when I book?
No. Nothing is charged at booking. You pay your driver at the end of the trip, by cash or Interac e-Transfer.
What if my flight is late?
Your driver tracks the flight and adjusts the pickup. Up to 60 minutes of waiting from your actual landing is included; the fare does not change.
