How much is an airport limo from Maple to Pearson?
$65 in a Sedan for up to four passengers with four large bags, or $85 in an SUV for up to seven passengers with six large bags. The fare is fixed for Maple before you book and is the same in either direction. Pickups at Pearson add the airport’s own $17.25 pre-arranged pickup fee, so a Sedan pickup totals $82.25 when you land; departures from Maple to the airport do not carry it. No HST is added.
How long is the drive between Pearson and Maple?
About 35 minutes in normal traffic. Your fare does not change if the highway is slow or your flight is late — we track the flight and adjust the pickup, and the price stays what you were quoted.
Where does my driver meet me at Pearson?
At Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 arrivals, whichever your flight uses. Your driver is confirmed to you by name, with the car and the plate, before the day; they follow your flight and text you where to meet. Up to 60 minutes of waiting from your actual landing is included. Add meet-and-greet ($25) and they wait inside arrivals with a name board.
Can I book a Maple airport car for an early or late flight?
Yes. AirGate runs 24 hours a day, including overnight arrivals and 5 a.m. departures. Book hours or days ahead in the AirGate app or on this website; for a departure we plan the pickup time around your flight and the drive from Maple.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
